Exchanging due to sizing issues? No worries! Our new return system allows same product size and color exchanges to happen right away! To start your product exchange go to RETURNS.THECHIVERY.COM and enter your order email.
We will then email you instructions on how to select your eligible items for exchange, pick the new sizing and color, and get a pre-paid shipping label to send the original items back to us. Don’t see the email? Check your SPAM folder. It sometimes ends up there. Doh!
To exchange your items for a different product, just return the eligible items for refund and you will receive an Instant Credit to immediately purchase new items of your choice on TheChivery.com!
Don't forget to pack those exchanged items up securely, attached the provided shipping label, and drop off your return package to USPS. We will have to charge you for items never sent back to us.
Once your items are received and inspected by our returns gurus, any remaining portion of your Instant Credit will be returned to your original payment method.
Just keep in mind some items are NOT eligible to return like items marked FINAL SALE, clothing that touches your “P” parts i.e. boxers, certain artwork, and limited edition items. Make sure you read the product page to avoid surprises ok? We hate saying no - but the rules are the rules.
