The Chivery store has a high tech fraud detection system built in. Meaning, if your billing information (address, CVV code, etc.) does not match what your bank has on file for the card, our system will flag your order as possibly fraudulent. Orders flagged as fraudulent are not processed and you will not be charged for them, though you may see a temporary hold for those funds on your card (which will drop off within a few business days). If the screen does not show a successful order completion with a corresponding order number, your order was not processed. If you continue to have issues checking out, try viewing our store with the Google Chrome browser or using PayPal as your payment option instead.
