Each time you purchase from The Chivery, we use the email address you provide at checkout to send you 2 automated messages. The first is your Order Confirmation email, which contains in detail all items you've ordered, and the order number. The second is the Shipping Confirmation email, which goes out every time an item from your order is shipped. Depending on how many waves we need to send your items to you, you could get multiple shipping emails.
If you don't see either of these messages in your inbox, please be sure to check your Spam or Junk mail folder. You can also use the search feature in your inbox to look for messages from "Chivery," but be sure to look in all folders (mail, spam, and trash) when you search.
If you still don't see it, there may have been a typo in your email address at checkout, causing our emails to bounce. You can verify that by using our Track My Order tool, but you will need your order number provided at checkout.
If none of the above worked for you please reach out to our Customer Care team. We will most likely ask you to provide us with the name and email address on your order, and/or the payment info used to checkout so we can locate your order details. But don't worry, we'll help you locate your order info!
