Unlike some stores, The Chivery gives you 45 days from delivery if you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, etc. of the same item! However, there are a few exceptions:
- If you've washed, worn, or otherwise used the item, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. We will send your item back to you without an exchange or refund if we find that it does not meet restocking standards.
- Please note that due to hygienic purposes, there are no size exchanges or returns for intimate apparel (women's and men's undies and bathing suits). No exceptions.
- Replacement stock is not guaranteed, so it's best to let us know ASAP if you need a switch. If we do not have what you need in stock, we will provide alternative options for you. Just let us know at that time what option you would prefer.
- If an item is pre-sold, we can only offer size exchanges if the item is still for sale on our website. If the item is no longer available we have closed sales of that item and it cannot be exchanged for a different size. We apologize for this, but it is necessary to make sure we have enough inventory for each order.
Items you are exchanging would be shipped back to us at your expense, meaning we don't provide a prepaid return label. Please note: Exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. You must also be able to provide our Customer Care team with a tracking number for your return so that we may verify the product is on it's way back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
We kindly request that you reach out to Customer Care before shipping items back to our warehouse so that we can provide you with an RMA number. This allows our receiving team to know exactly what's up with your order when it's delivered.
