Return something

If you're not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 45 days of delivery, as long as the item is in the same condition in which you received it. 

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the 45-day period.
  • All returned items must be in the original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. No exceptions.
  • For the hygienic safety of our customers and staff, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel items (men's and women's undergarments and bathing suits).
  • Return shipment fees are at the customer's expense. We kindly request a tracking number for your return shipment to verify it's on it's way. 
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable. When you return an item you will be refunded for the retail cost of that item only.
  • Please allow at least 5-7 business days for our team to process your return once it has been delivered to our warehouse.
  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method. If that is not available, we will provide you with store credit - no personal checks.

We kindly request that you reach out to us first before shipping items back to our warehouse. Returns that do not include an RMA# on the label require research to find out where the order originated, and what the customer's needs are. This could cause a heavy delay to your return (up to 14 business days).
