If you're not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 45 days of delivery, as long as the item is in the same condition in which you received it.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the 45-day period.
- All returned items must be in the original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. No exceptions.
- For the hygienic safety of our customers and staff, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel items (men's and women's undergarments and bathing suits).
- Return shipment fees are at the customer's expense. We kindly request a tracking number for your return shipment to verify it's on it's way.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable. When you return an item you will be refunded for the retail cost of that item only.
- Please allow at least 5-7 business days for our team to process your return once it has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method. If that is not available, we will provide you with store credit - no personal checks.
We kindly request that you contact Customer Care first before shipping items back to our warehouse. Returns that do not include an RMA# on the label require research to find out where the order originated, and what the customer's needs are. This could cause a heavy delay to your return (up to 14 business days) or it could cause your refunded item to be lost. Please don't be that guy!
