On the Checkout screen, you'll see a box at the right of your shipping and payment information called "Order Summary." Check the box next to "DO YOU HAVE A PROMO CODE?" and in the box provided enter the code. It is not case specific - do not include any spaces.
If you get an error message, be sure to go back and make sure that you are entering it correctly.
Your code could also be expired. Codes that are preset with expiration dates will become invalid after midnight CST of the specified day.
You could also have better luck applying a code if you access The Chivery on a desktop computer instead of our mobile app or your device's browser.
