If your tracking information has not been updated in over a week, it could be because the package was lost in transit. With the amount of packages filtering through various carrier distribution centers on a daily basis the odds of this happening are greater than you'd think. But don't worry: if we think there was a problem too, we can reship your order to you, depending on the contents and available inventory. We'll try our best to work it out with you. All we ask is that you let us know if your initial package does arrive at some point so we can get those items to another Chiver who'd want them.
