We like you, you like us… let’s make it official. Earn point for your activities on TheChivery.com, like referrals and purchases, then redeem your points for discounts on future purchases.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Anyone can join. Just sign up for an account on TheChivery.com to enroll and start earning points. Anyone who already has an account will be signed up automatically. You can even refer your friends to earn more points.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points for for signing up, making purchases, referring friends and visiting the site. Look out for updates as we add new ways to earn points.
HOW DO I VIEW MY POINT BALANCE?
Your point balance is at the top of every page near the “My Account” link when signed into your account on TheChivery.com.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?
Yes. We dare you to try and find the limit.
WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCELLED' STATUSES MEAN?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Purchase points require 14 days to approve.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
WHY DO I SHOW TWO DIFFERENT POINT TOTALS IN MY ACCOUNT?
There are two Chive point totals we share with you. The first is at the top of The Chivery when you sign in. This is the TOTAL POINTS you have earned in our loyalty program and does not reflect points already redeemed for discounts. The AVAILABLE POINTS that are redeemable for discounts can be seen in the "My Account" section under "Your Account Dashboard." At the upper left you will see the total points that can be redeemed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A FRIEND I REFER CANCELS OR RETURNS THEIR ORDER?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
CAN I POST REFERRAL LINKS TO COUPON/DEAL SITES?
No! We explicitly forbid members of the Loyalty Lion program from using their referral links on any sort of deal or coupon site. If we find you using a referral link in this way we will block any further points from being issued AND remove points accrued using the disallowed method. Just don't do it.
WHY DID MY ACCOUNT BALANCE GO DOWN?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I COMPLETED AN ACTIVITY BUT DIDN'T EARN POINTS!
Keep calm, it can sometimes take several minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
CAN I USE MY POINTS DURING CHECKOUT?
You must redeem your points before you can apply them for a discount at checkout.
WHY WAS I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
Your coupon code discount only applies toward products purchased and will not discount shipping charges.
MY PURCHASE PRICE WAS LESS THAN MY COUPON AMOUNT, WHERE'S MY REMAINING POINTS?
Please be aware that if your purchase price is less than the coupon discount amount, any remaining balance on your discount coupon will be lost. (i.e. I had a $30 coupon and only purchased $12 in items)
CAN I MERGE POINTS FROM MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS?
No, we cannot merge separate account points into one account.
HOW DO I LEAVE THE PROGRAM?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE AND DECIDE TO JOIN AGAIN?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
