Be sure to check your packing slip included in the container. If an item is printed on the slip, but was not in the shipment, it very well could have slipped out or been misplaced during fulfillment. Let us know so that we can rectify the situation immediately.
If the item you are missing is not on the packing slip, check your Chivery Shipping Confirmation email to see if all the items from your order were shipped. If any were left off, they will most likely be coming in a separate shipment. This could be due to an oversized item (artwork, cornhole game, pillow, etc), all "home goods," or backordered items.
