Our mission at The Chivery is to get your order to you in as little time as possible; meaning that we fulfill orders as quickly as we can (many just a few minutes from order was placed!!!) for as many Chivers as we can. If your order is in the fulfillment stage, we will not be able to stop it amongst the thousands of orders leaving our warehouse daily.
We have no time to alert our warehouse team to stop an order from being prepared for shipment as they go out now as soon as they come in. Please be aware, there are some instances where we will not be able to cancel an order for you, and return procedures will be required.
