To update your Chive Box billing and preferences, please login to the TheChivery.com with your theChive Box subscription email address and click on the "My Account" section at the top right of your screen. In the dropdown menu select the "Manage Account" section. Here you will see theCHIVE Box tab next to your order history. On this screen you will be able to change your shipping address, billing, box gender and size. Any changes made after the 1st of every month will go into effect on the next month's box. If you would like to upgrade your account to a 6 or 12 month subscription or have any other questions or problems updating your information please contact our Customer Service Team.
To cancel your subscription please reach out to our Customer Service Team. You have until the 7th day of the month to cancel your current month to month Chive Box subscription. If you cancel after the 7th day, you will still receive your Chive Box for next month, and your subscription will cease in the following month. Example: If you reach out to cancel your subscription on June 25th, you will still get the July Box and the August box would be cancelled.
6 or 12-Month recurring subscriptions can not cancel after the first month. Once the first CHIVE Box ships out, the 6 and 12 month subscriptions cannot be cancelled. We’re able to opt you out of auto-renewal at any time.
