To update your Chive Box billing and preferences, please contact Customer Service Team. They can update your shipping address, billing information, and very easily cancel your subscription. You have until the 15th day of the month to cancel your current month to month Chive Box subscription. If you cancel after the 15th day, you will still receive your Chive Box for that month, and your subscription will cease in the following month.
6 or 12-Month recurring subscriptions can only be canceled within the first month. After this one month grace period, 6 and 12 month subscriptions cannot be cancelled. We’re able to opt you out of auto-renewal at any time.
