If the item is still in stock and available for purchase on the website we will ask you to reorder the proper size and we will cancel and refund the original order. If the item is no longer available for sale on the website, changes to your order cannot be made.
If an item on Pre-Sale, we can only offer size exchanges if the item is still for sale on our website. If the item is no longer available, we have closed sales of that item and it cannot be exchanged. We apologize for this, but it is necessary to make sure we have enough inventory for each order.
