Got a gift but it doesn't fit or want something else? No worries, we can take care of this too!
To begin a gift exchange or return go to RETURNS.THECHIVERY.COM/GIFTS and enter the required info. The system will ask you for some information on your order such as the order number, the giftee's name (that's you), your delivery zip, and the email we can send you a return label.
Once you enter this info into our returns system it will allow you to select an exchange for the same item or a return. The choice is yours!
If you are returning an item you will get an Instant Store Credit to use to purchase the item of your choice on site right away. No need to wait for the return to come all the way back to us.
Please note: Gift Exchanges are available only for shipments delivering within the United States. We do not offer gift exchanges for our International Customers at this time.
